By 2050, I want to see a Montgomery County where people can travel anywhere they need to by safe public transportation, trails, bicycle lanes, and sidewalks. Moreover, I want the county to be a place full of green spaces that encourages collaboration between the government, citizen groups & other stakeholders when charting a course forward.

Continue linking up the trails to make foot and bicycle transportation more than just a recreational activity.

Absolutely, especially bike lanes that are protected from traffic. Putting 4 ft on the side of a car road is inadequate and unsafe.
And the trails all need to be linked up this a big problem for bikes.
The Wissahickon trail needs to be multiple use, and like bikes to Ambler, for example.
