This report provides data on health trends, information on health care facilities, access to food, and other health statistics.

While I know there could be some backlash on this suggestion but how about putting grants out for vertical farming? This would provide fresh food throughout the county. This would also make us not dependent on other areas that might get a drought or something out of hand and put a strain on fresh food. Also ideally not just fruit and vegetables but meat to. Maybe even encourage manufacturing plants to relocate or start up here that mass produce premade food.
