Thanks, Austin! It's another busy intersection, used by county workers. Both streets are locally-owned, so we'll pass this along to Norristown, and also let the county administration know. Ultimately, the municipality is responsible for painting crosswalks and installing stop signs (assuming those stop signs meet acceptable warrants).
