Some of the greatest ideas and inventions came from obscure barrios and a diverse group of visionaries with varied perspectives and hopes and dreams. We must provide those same ghetto experience opportunities to immigrants and strangers, never knowing where the next scientific, artistic or philosophic miracle may happen, or from which overlooked community of dreamers.
