Development will continue, however every new development must have a successful stormwater managemnt infastructure. Many neighborhoods are now experiencing flooding because of poor stormwater management in new developments. The quality of all of our residents lives depends successful stormwater management.

Stormwater management techniques using infiltration and bioinfiltration are necessary to retain the water in the county for reuse to achieve sustainability. Existing stormwater management techniques may need to be retrofit to reduce runoff and increase infiltration and bioinfiltration to achieve sustainability.
