Montgomery Mall

Offer tax incentives to developers or investors to rehabilitate the Montgomery Mall. This highly visible and accessible property has fallen into embarrassment. As Collegeville. Exton, Saucon Valley, Upper Dublin (or Hatboro) have successfully and thoughtfully developed destination shopping and entertainment Town Centers, the residents of Montgomery Township deserve the same.

I enjoy the fact that Montco offers something for everyone. IN addition to offering varied employment, there are parks and recreational areas, historical properties, shopping, culture, small towns and lots of dining opportunities.
309 Connector Roads Leading to Route 113

Wambold Road (Towamencin Twsp & Franconia Twsp) has become a well-traveled and highly engineered road. Sadly, Schoolhouse Road in Franconia Township is now a hazardous route! As development continues on Schoolhouse Road, traffic is increasing every year and there have been no improvements to this road. The highly dangerous curve at Cassel Road and the blind intersection of Lower Road are creating treacherous conditions.I have personally requested evaluations by both Penn Dot and Franconia Township, each entity stating the road is the responsibility of the other, and consequently, no improvements are being made. A school bus provider is located on Schoolhouse Road, and a major waste disposal company as well as a high school are all routed to Schoolhouse Road via Lower Road. This particular area deserves the attention of our county leaders to evaluate for traffic signalization, possible widening and the softening of the curve, especially as the 309 Connector nears completion.
