Montgomery County Planning Commission is working on a new comprehensive plan for the county. As we produce parts of the plan, we will put them here for public review and comment. Please read our documents and let us know what you think!

Draft Goals
We have done the research and looked at what the data is saying. We have talked to you and heard what you think about the issues facing the county. Now we have draft goals and strategies to share with you. Please take a look at our draft and let us know what you think.
It is a lengthy list, but it reflects the most comprehensive effort MCPC has ever made for a comprehensive plan. The strategies in the document (all of the bullet points) will not be repeated verbatim in the plan, but they will be expressed within the narrative that accompanies each vision and goal.
